in the last weekI stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The positive experience regarding the room and the food but a big minus is that 2 creams disappeared from my room. I reported the disappearance of the products, 2 people showed up in the room to search under the mattresses and pillows which made me think that this was not the first time this kind of incident happened. They apologized stating that it had never happened before but I doubt it considering their behavior. It is hard to believe that I put them under the mattress so they were suspicious. They came with a gift, also a cream but which I could not enjoy as it was confiscated at baggage control due to its weight. I appreciated the gesture of the management but they still have work to do regarding the verification of the staff. This is the first time I have lost something in a hotel. It taught me not to leave anything unscratched in secure luggage.
