If you're having dinner at the hotel, a set menu is available for 16 JD. If you let them know about an hour in advance, your meal will be ready when you arrive. For à la carte, you can order at the restaurant. Alcohol is available.

Our stay at Petra Seasons Luxury Resort was truly memorable, and not just because of the beautiful setting, but because of the incredible people who work there. We stayed with our baby son and my husband during some truly dreadful weather. Despite this, the team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Without hesitation, they kindly swapped our room for a more suitable one, which made a huge difference to our stay and showed real thoughtfulness and care. A very special mention must go to the wonderful Philippine ladies who work there Challah Chan and Margie were absolutely fantastic. They were warm, professional, and genuinely kind. These ladies particular, went out of her way to play with our son and look after us so we could actually enjoy our breakfast in peace something any parent will know is priceless. Their kindness wasn’t forced or transactional; it felt sincere and heartfelt. The owner or manager (I’m not entirely sure of his exact role) was also a truly lovely man who embodied the very best of hospitality. Welcoming, attentive, and clearly passionate about his hotel and guests, he made us feel genuinely valued. Even with the weather against us, the hospitality turned our stay into something special. I sincerely hope we get the chance to return to Petra Seasons Luxury Resort again in the future. It’s a place run with warmth, care, and heart — and that makes all the difference.

I had a great stay at Petra Seasons Luxury Resort. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the overall experience was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay (specially Marj and the manager). I would definitely recommend this place when visiting Petra, Jordan. Thanks to Mr. Anas for arranging this. :)
