Absolutely exceptional service from Thekra โค๏ธ I booked my trip to Toronto through her, and she went above and beyond from start to finish. Traveling with a dog is not easy and there are so many details to consider but Thekra made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Her communication was fast, clear, and consistent. Every email I sent was answered quickly, and she always made sure I fully understood the next steps. She helped with ticket changes, pet travel requirements, and all the little things that most people overlook. She truly cared about making my experience as easy as possible. What I appreciated most was how calm and professional she remained throughout, even when things got complicated. She made something very difficult feel completely manageable, and thatโs something Iโll never forget. If youโre looking for someone who truly knows what theyโre doing and takes the time to care about your specific needs, Thekra is the person to go to. I highly recommend her.
