We extended our stay at this hotel to two nights. The location (close to tourist sites like Mount Nebo, the hot springs, direct access to the Dead Sea, etc.) and the staff were excellent (especially Georges in the restaurant). The room, with a large balcony, was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the Dead Sea. The attentive staff (especially Georges), who served us throughout the three days, always with the same smile, eager to communicate, and to make our stay enjoyable. The lifeguard, who accompanied us to the Dead Sea for the sea bathing ritual, was also excellent. It's a shame the staff cleans the terrace at 7 a.m., leaving all the chairs lying around!

The service was good, but at 8 a.m., they set up a very noisy machine in the pool area, pumping out white smoke with a terrible gasoline smell. They woke us up, even though we were on the second floor. (I've attached a photo; they previously pumped it right under the balconies.) We don't understand why. Then we saw them dump an entire bottle of chlorine into the pool without a meter to monitor the chemical levels in the water. The rooms were very nice; the sofa bed smelled strongly of tobacco. The sink drain was leaking, but the rooms were beautiful, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The location was spectacular, and the views were dreamy. It has direct access to the sea, and they even gave you mud for a skin treatment. The pool and terrace were very large and beautiful, and everything was quite clean. The Wi-Fi was good, but the breakfast was very expensive.
