4 months agoTruth be told. Thank you all, RTTO Travel and Tourism staff. And I especially thank you, Diana, for your daily follow-up of the trip. One of the most beautiful trips. Suffice to say, honesty in dealing. The hotel is a 3-star hotel, but by God, it's a 4-star hotel and very clean. Of course, I don't want to tell you about the flight, as it's Royal Air Maroc and its schedules are up to the minute. The agent in Cairo is very respectful. Indeed, all 23 people who were with me left and returned happy. And I'm sure the next trips will be through you, God willing. Bless you all.

5 months agoI do not recommend dealing with them at all. Poor service. No credibility. They have no experience with booking. They buy tickets from brokers. You cannot modify the ticket. I have never seen worse service. Advice for God's sake, do not deal with them.
