2 weeks agoYou have ruined my night due to lack of communication, I want to express my disappointment with the handling of my reservation for February 14 I booked two days in advance and was asked on the day of my reservation to pay in advance. An employee told me a payment link would be sent, but it arrived as an unnamed SMS (not via WhatsApp or email), so I missed it. I messaged the staff on WhatsApp to request the link and sent a reminder, but received no response. At minimum, you should have informed me if the reservation was cancelled so I could make other plans, the employee should have told me that the link was sent via SMS message when I asked about it, not ignore me and cancel the reservation, and you should have requested payment sooner given I booked two days ahead. Your lack of timely communication ruined my evening

2 weeks agoHonestly, the restaurant has a great view and wonderful staff, but the menu is nothing like we expected. We had dinner there yesterday and the food was terrible, and the dessert, the honey cake, tasted like eggs. Honestly, we left the food and didn't enjoy it at all. I don't recommend it.

Every dish reflected true attention to detail and quality. The service was just as impressive. The staff were kind, attentive, and carried themselves with the utmost professionalism. You can truly feel that this crew is the best in Amman. they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and valued. A special shoutout to our wonderful server, Ahmed, whose warmth and dedication made our experience even more memorable. The restaurant is simply flawless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience in Amman.
