a month agoTerrible, terrible, terrible, terrible service. I booked a flight to Bali, and unfortunately, when I arrived at Qatar Airport for my return flight, while waiting, I discovered the booking was incorrect; I was given a different flight number and time. Thankfully, things were resolved. May God not forgive you, and may God hold you accountable. You have no integrity or conscience. I discovered the reason for the flight change. The initial transfer from the airport to the plane was via the jetway, but it was changed to a bus transfer. No honesty or integrity whatsoever.
