Masha Allah, their treatment is more than wonderful

It's OK overall but quite a few times I've been annoyed when they don't accept my passport and look at the name on my visa instead which doesn't even have my full name. Also one time they didn't check properly and said my full name wasn't on it and in total I've made quite a few wasted trips.

Mistreatment by staff, half-hour wait time due to lack of a dedicated staff member. Supervision is needed.
