a month agoThe location is excellent, but the maintenance is lacking. The curtains in the rooms are torn, the carpeting is worn out, and the bathroom needs a complete overhaul. The staff are excellent, all of them without exception. Thank you very much. It was a good experience, suitable for families, comfortable, and all services are available and nearby. Thank you to the hotel manager, Mohammed Jabr, the receptionist, Mr. Tayeb Karim, Ms. Jessica, Mr. Alaa, and all the security personnel.
