Bad service, bad environment, bad milkshakes, even bad orange juice! Milkshakes and juices are very light, milk and water

They left us in the waiting area for about 1 hour. Forget about the menu, it’s a cover charge that they don’t inform you about until after your long waiting time and even after they take your order. Orders take too long and there aren’t enough waiters to serve all tables. And if you think you’re going to a place with a sea view, also forget about it because you won’t have any view.

The service is very, very slow. I sat for over half an hour and no one came to take my order, even though I called 3 people.
