3 months agoA fantastic camp to stay overnight when visiting Wadi Rum. Compared to some other camps, Wadi Rum Caravan Camp is one hundred percent reliable and provides trustworthy and good service. In addition, they have a pretty good Bedouin cook in the kitchen who served delicious, tasty and local food. Good WC and shower conditions and quite child-friendly. The beds were not very good, but take the mattress on the floor and you will be fine. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

a year agoThe best camp in the area! I can't even begin to describe how incredible, beautiful, and magical this place is! There are many camps in the area, but the rest are really geared only toward tourists, and many of them miss the magic of an authentic Bedouin camp—that's why I think the best option is to stay in a camp like this authentic, cozy, and beautiful one! The owner, Atallah, is very friendly, respectful, and most importantly, he's very knowledgeable about the area, having spent many years traveling through the desert and giving tours. He's incredibly knowledgeable, and you can spend hours talking with him about Jordan and its land. He's also an excellent cook who won't hesitate to prepare a special and delicious dish for you! Mohammad will make sure your stay is magnificent, with every possible comfort. He's a lovely person, who also knows the area very well and will take care of you throughout your stay. I'm very grateful for the treatment I received, and I had an incredible experience that I'll remember for the rest of my life. Infinitely grateful 🏼

a year agoHost was amazing, food was tasty and facilities were great. Hot water and free tea provided. Cabins are basic but still good value. I would have stayed a second night if I had more time
