2 weeks agoThe service is very bad. I sent four pairs of shoes and they took a long time to get ready. I made the seventh trip, but no one was on duty, so I had to go back home and make another trip.

3 weeks agoVery disappointing experience. I tried calling WashyWash for three consecutive days between 9:00am and 2:00pm and not a single call was answered. Each time, the message says all agents are busy and then the line disconnects. What’s even more surprising is that I was given the number for the complaints/customer service manager, and that line also goes unanswered. If this is the customer service before even trying the service, it doesn’t build any confidence. Unfortunately, I won’t be using the service after this.

a month agoUnfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. One of my expensive suits was clearly damaged due to extremely poor stitching/handling during the wash & fold / dry cleaning process (see photos). This is not normal wear and tear — the fabric has been pulled and distorted in a way that permanently affects the look and fit of the suit. On top of that, the rest of the items were not folded properly at all. which defeats the entire purpose of using a professional laundry service. When you trust a company with high-quality and expensive clothing, you expect attention to detail and basic quality control. Sadly, that was completely missing here. I won’t be using this service again and would not recommend it for anyone who values their clothes.
