Best service and innocent driver

We were referred to the Zaid Tours for our honeymoon & were presented with different offers however when we requested the destination we actually wanted, our experience turned into an absolute nightmare & a waste of time. With a few weeks away from our wedding, we were constantly told that they’ll send us the plan today or tomorrow and it was never shared, even when we went to their office. Because of their constant delays, all the booking prices went up. We ultimately had to come up with a last minute plan thanks to their negligence & went to another much more supportive agency. I definitely don’t recommend booking with them as they’re unreliable and will keep giving you empty promises. *In response to the owner’s response: our budget was clearly specified the moment we walked into your office. If your employees and agency are ignorant that doesn’t mean I don’t get the difference between a ‘luxury tote bag vs. a street tote bag’ - I urge you to reconsider your response as your agent constantly ignored our messages rather than giving us a flat answer - I’m more than happy to include images with my review as well. Very unprofessional of you. Thank you for reassuring us that we made the right decision not to waste our money on your services. I’ll circle back to where you urged me to look into the roots of the problem where you accuse me of being the problem; the wedding planner actually called & apologized for the behavior of their employees & offered his support for their clear mistake not that we owe you the explanation.
