The worst service, the worst treatment, bad in every aspect and by every measure.

They're not punctual, they don't answer the phone or WhatsApp, and if you want to get an appointment, you'll be dying to get one, and then after two months... they give you an appointment, you go to it, and you're only seen after 40 minutes. On the other hand, if you arrive a little late, they cancel your appointment and tell you it's over.

If there were less than one star, because even one star is too much for them. I swear to God, this is the worst place I've ever been to. Let's start with the reception staff who have no manners whatsoever. They keep changing appointments as they please, and you might have requested a specific specialist and wait two or three months, only to be told in the end that she changed shifts (an excuse, or that someone else took your place). Then they put you with a terrible specialist, or you have to wait another two or three months to get another appointment. And if you're late for your session, they cancel it early, but they're always late for you. And as soon as your session is over, they rush to pack everything up so someone else can take your place, and you're barely out of bed! I had a hydrafacial done, and it was a complete disaster and a waste of money. As for the laser sessions, I swear to God I've had more than 20 sessions and tried every specialist, and there's still no result. The management is completely incompetent, and the doctor I spoke to just told me the problem was with me! They would never take responsibility for anything. Those who love God don't go back to them. I could go on and on about them forever. They're terrible in every way, and God is my witness.
