I had a genuinely great experience with Budget Rent a Car in Amman. The Toyota Corolla I rented was in excellent condition — very clean, comfortable, and clearly well taken care of. It made the whole trip much easier and more enjoyable. What really stood out was how smooth and quick everything was. Picking up the car was fast and straightforward, and returning it was just as easy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, which is not always the case with car rentals. I especially appreciated that my refund request was handled immediately when I returned the car — no delays, no complications, just efficient and transparent service. A special thank you to Yahia for his kindness and helpful attitude. He was genuinely pleasant to deal with and made the experience even better. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would happily rent from them again.
