a month agoAttention Saudis! I booked a 7-day, 8-night stay through the Almosafer app. I finished my business in 5 days and went to the reservations manager. I told him I was checking out, but my booking was non-refundable. I asked if he could cancel 3 days for me so I could leave the hotel; otherwise, I could stay. He said, "No problem, we'll cancel for you, but have Almosafer contact us." I left and informed Almosafer, who emailed the hotel requesting a refund for 3 days. Unfortunately, the hotel refused. I don't know why they did this to me. Later, I went back and spoke to the receptionist. I told him why they were doing this and that it wasn't right. I gave him Almosafer's email confirming they had no problem with a refund and my phone number so they could contact me. They ignored me. Listen, Mr. Reservations Manager, you will be my adversary on Judgment Day. I will take what is rightfully mine from you. I know the hotel owner is unaware of this. I told him I was a student staying for an extended period, but he didn't respond. It's unfortunate that they easily lose customers.

2 months agoMaintenance, maintenance, maintenance!! Outlet not working, had to charge my phone in the bathroom.. Asked to change rooms, they refused saying (I don’t have the right since I already entered)!! .. as if we’re staying for free. worn out toilet, scratched doors. Thanks for nothing:)
