I've dealt with them twice. Excellent service. The car costs 17 dinars. They don't take the deposit, they just freeze it and return it upon delivery.

It took me 20 minutes to receive the car although I had previous reservation indicating the time of arrival. The fuel tank was not full . Only quarter of the tank.

Excellent service, very good staff morals, and very good prices.

Rented Avis in other countries many times but it is vvvv disappointing experience in Jordan. The condition of the car is dirty and I strongly believed they didn’t clean the car before giving to customer

I am extremely disappointed with Avis. For the past two days, I have been trying to contact your company regarding my rental, but with no success. I called every phone number listed in the contract and on the internet, yet no one answered. To make matters worse, I personally went to your office in Amman, only to find it closed without any notice or explanation. This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable for an international company like Avis. Customers expect reliability and support, and instead, I was met with silence and inconvenience. Immediate improvement is needed in your customer service and communication.
