The best Bubble camp in wadi Rum , everything is great, location, management, staff, food, service. Highly recommended

We made a reservation for this hotel months ago. We arranged everything according to Petra, but a few days before our vacation, they told me to cancel my reservation, citing renovations as the reason. Even though I insisted because I knew I wouldn't get a refund for the tax I paid if I canceled, the hotel itself didn't cancel it. They didn't help at all in return for these mistakes and ruining my vacation. I never, ever recommend it. We booked this hotel months in advance. A facility that ruined our vacation plans that we made months ago. I never recommend it. A few days before our vacation, they said the hotel was under maintenance. They never canceled it themselves. Even though we told them that we would not get back the taxes we paid when we canceled, they never helped. I definitely do not recommend it.

It's a place I definitely wouldn't return to. The concept is good, the view is certainly beautiful, and the fact that at night it feels like you're sleeping under the open sky are all pluses, but this hotel has nothing luxurious about it except its intent. The rooms are spacious but dirty and seem a bit neglected. The shower is in terrible condition, with water spraying everywhere, and the toilet doesn't flush (plus there's no separation between the bathroom and the rest of the room, imagine the inconvenience). A very positive note, however, is the staff. We were mainly looked after by a single, very courteous and helpful young man, always attentive and available when needed. The food is also good and plentiful. My husband and I often travel in tents or campers, so we know campsites well; we've been to more basic ones, but they're better managed and maintained. These are absolutely NOT in line with the service offered.
