a week agoWe received a very warm welcome. The reputation of Jordanian helpfulness is well-deserved! The fact that we could contact Mohammad 24/7 via WhatsApp was very reassuring. He responded very quickly to our questions and requests. I had forgotten to register my driver's license and passport on the rental agreement, and this was sorted out very quickly and kindly. He even provided us with a temporary SIM card replacement. The car was an automatic, a bit old-fashioned, but relatively clean. The tank was half full, so we had to return it with the same level. I find it simpler when you leave with a full tank.
