    Good value for money We booked the car through Check24. One day before our arrival, we were contacted via WhatsApp and asked to call as soon as we had collected our luggage at Amman Airport. After confirming our arrival in Amman, we were given a specific meeting point. We waited there for about 20 minutes. The car we were picked up in was also our own rental car. The car was about 3 years old with 47,000 km on the clock and, compared to other vehicles in Jordan, in relatively good condition (a few scratches on the body and the driver's seat cover was ripped). Upon receiving the car, we immediately noticed the tire pressure warning light. When we asked about it, we were told that everything was fine. One tire apparently had only a little less air than the others. However, after several hundred kilometers, the tire in question was so flat that we had to go to a garage. There, they found a screw in the tire. The tire was repaired for the equivalent of 6 euros, and we were able to continue driving without any problems.

    I arrived at the airport in Amman after a 12 hours flight from Montreal, QC, Canada, I waited over 30 minutes for the vehicle to be delivered. The car provided was in unacceptable condition: it was old (2016/2017 model), had multiple dents and scratches, and was dirty both inside and out. I have rented cars worldwide for many years and have never been offered a vehicle in such poor condition. I immediately asked if there was an alternative vehicle available, but was told there was none. At that point, I had no choice but to refuse the car due to its condition. Importantly, this was NOT A CANCELLATION my part. I paid in advance specifically to avoid such issues and to ensure a smooth rental process. I asked for a refund since they had no other vehicles, and they didn't refund me, saying due to their CANCELLATION POLICY, so they basically stole my money. They brought me a car in very bad condition and didn't have an alternative option and did not refund my money. I paid for 2 weeks rental and did not get a car. I called them and emailed them multiple times and I keep getting the same answer, you booked on expedia do deal with them, and when I call expedia, they tell me Greenmotion is not accepting to give you a refund due to their cancelation policy, I repeated several time, this wasn't a cancelation, the car wasn't in good condition, and they didn't have an alternative. Still same answer. I escalated this matter to the managers and supervisors, still same answer. Service is 0 at this company. I got scammed.
