I dealt with them and paid them 200 Jordanian dinars in car insurance. Unfortunately, I returned the car, and more than a month has passed and they still haven't refunded my insurance. I will never deal with them again and I don't recommend anyone to do so.

May God bless them, Ibrahim and Jamal, for their quick response to any request and also for facilitating insurance matters.
