InterContinental Aqaba (Resort Aqaba) by IHG

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing resort. The resort is beautiful, guarded by security guards on every side, with friendly staff. It has a great location. It is clean and smells beautiful. We had two rooms with a sea view and perfect bathroom facilities. We really liked the food. I can only recommend the hotel 🫶🏻

My stay at the hotel was a comfortable and pleasant experience overall, in terms of cleanliness, organization, and the calm atmosphere. What impressed me most was the staff's overall approach; everyone was respectful, courteous, and always ready to help, reflecting a high level of professionalism. I would like to especially thank Ms. Khitam, who works at the gym, for her dedication and professionalism from the early morning hours. She was meticulous in arranging the space and ensuring the equipment was ready, and she treated me with a refined and friendly manner, reflecting excellent character and a clear concern for guest comfort. It is evident that she performs her duties with sincerity and responsibility, leaving a positive impression on guests through her calm and helpful demeanor. Having people with this spirit truly enhances the stay experience. Many thanks to her and the entire hotel staff for the warm welcome and excellent service, and I wish them all continued success. Staff members at the hotel went out of their way to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Though it was too cold to swim, there’s a decent- sized outdoor heated pool. The spa facilities are open to guests for free during winter. We only had breakfast at the hotel, and it was superb! Not just in terms of the options, but the food was prepared with care. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

The InterContinental is a very quiet place, and the employee, Mohammed Hazaymeh, was very friendly.
