3 months agoI am a solo female traveler who wanted to see the highlights of Petra and Wadi Rum and do some real hiking. I’ll admit, I was a little apprehensive—it was my first time in Jordan, and I had no idea what to expect. I found Jordan Memory Tours online, and their price was so reasonable that I actually wondered if it could be legitimate. I can now say with complete confidence that they are 100% trustworthy, and my three days with them were so wonderful that I felt genuinely compelled to write this review (completely on my own—no one asked me to). From the beginning, they worked with me to create a personalized itinerary that matched exactly what I was looking for. As planned, they picked me up at my hotel in Aqaba and drove me to Wadi Rum, where I met the head of their hiking program. He was warm, friendly, and explained that I’d be joining a small group of hikers for two or three hikes that day. Shortly after, a jeep took me out to meet the group, and for the rest of my time in Wadi Rum I was accompanied by both a hiking guide and a driver/cook. That evening, they prepared a wonderful dinner, and our group sat around a campfire under the desert sky. Sleeping outside beneath the stars was absolutely magical—one of those rare moments you know you’ll never forget. The next morning, a private driver brought me to Petra. (I had decided that one night of camping was the right amount for me, so I stayed in a hotel.) The following day, the same driver introduced me to a local Petra guide who walked me through the entire site. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to pacing—never rushing, always making sure I was enjoying myself. I felt completely safe and well cared for throughout the entire experience. After a full, unforgettable day in Petra, another driver brought me to my final destination by the Dead Sea. At every single step, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. I never once felt uneasy, and I always felt looked after. The value they provided was extraordinary, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Jordan Memory Tours to anyone considering a visit to Jordan. For me, three words sum up the experience: flexibility, honesty, and true value—and even those barely capture how positive my trip truly was. Thank you to everyone who made my journey so special.

3 months agoJordan Memory Tours is a local agency based in Petra. They are trustful and rely on a qualified team of local drivers and guides. Took great care of us and handled the trip logistics perfectly! They also accommodated a few last-minute changes with complete flexibility and at no extra cost. The local teams (drivers and guides) were friendly and efficient. Not to mention Anne’s great tips before our trip that let us stray from the beaten track and make some wonderful connections. Simply put, we absolutely loved our stay in Jordan—huge thanks to the Jordan Memory Tours team for making it happen!

a year agoOur experience with Jordan Memory Tours was absolutely extraordinary. The organization was flawless while remaining flexible to accommodate our preferences. The nights spent in the Wadi Rum desert and in a cave near Petra were magical and truly unique. Our driver, Jaafar, was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the trip. We highly recommend this agency for an authentic and unforgettable journey through Jordan.

a year agoWe were a family of 8 adults (30 to 65yo) and we have absolutely enjoyed our time in Jordan with Jordan Memory Tours. Beautiful sceneries and nature, amazing cultural sites, a great organisation set up by Bilal and his team, and above all very nice and welcoming people ☺️ What we have very much appreciated: - the one-of-a-kind experiences (bivouac in the Tor under the stars in Wadi Rum desert, Sleeping in a cave near Petra, wadi araba more intimate and different sceneries) - the tailored trip and the flexibility we had - the amazing people we met during our trip (our driver Jaafar was the kindest!) - a very good balance between nature and cities We really recommend Jordan Memory Tours team, you would be in good hands to have the best time in Jordan!

a year agoThe driver Ahmad was great, but the organisation of the trip, especially given the price , is plainly bad. If you have some time you'd be better off organising it yourself with the help of lonely planet. It'll be cheaper and you'll see the same stuff if not better places for way cheaper.
