This jewelry store has some decent pieces, and they do sell gold at the regular market price. However, when it comes to selling gold back, the experience is disappointing. Even if gold prices have gone up, they still calculate based on an older price and deduct around 30%, which feels unfair compared to other stores. The quality of the jewelry is just okay, not exceptional. One more issue is the customer service at the City Mall branch. The male staff member who usually sits there tends to be rude and unfriendly, which really affects the shopping experience. I decided to switch to another local jewelry brand that offers better quality and more professional standards.

The worst customer service!! Dont buy anything from here, my bracelet broke and they said choose the same bracelet and you wont have to pay any difference and i made to sure to ask three times if hes sure ,when he packed the exact same bracelet at the register he said you need to pay a 200 jd difference then i said you just said theres no difference and i said just give me my bracelet back ill fix it at a gold store he was like no, then he says the same bracelet is now worth more because the gold went up however if your going to just buy a bracelet without exchanging they say our prices are fixed and it doesn't depend on the weight of the gold. dont ever shop here they are so greedy!!!
