Excellent experience, we stayed for a few days with my mom and felt like home Juri and Kamal who welcome you are great people and are always available for you ! The rooms are cosy, comfortable and clean. A furnished kitchen and bathroom are at your disposal with modern equipment The hotel is ideally located, about 20 minutes from wasset el balad and Weibdeh, 10 minutes from Rainbow Street. Thank you for everything again !

Most importantly, when we were checking out, they wanted to charge us for our stay with cash or visa along we had already paid through booking.com. They claimed they needed proof of payment so they can claim their money from booking.com. I showed them my booking app and payment and they refused to accept it. Still requesting cash or visa payment at the property. Other notes: There was no housekeeping even though we were told there was. There was no drinking water available in the room. The towels smelt really really bad. The shelf at shower was SO dirty and dusty and had pieces of cement. The toilet handheld shower was not working. Pros: comfortable bed and great location.

The place is very nice and clean and the staff's treatment is very nice. Thank you to everyone who serves in this hotel. Thank you from the heart.

The place is nice but cold in the winter. There is no heater, but there is air conditioning. Everyone goes crazy, but Aseel, the girl, is wonderful, helpful, and polite. May God bless her and everyone.

Great place to stay! We stayed three nights in Amman and found this place to be very quiet, well-located, and extremely hospitable! We would love to come back. They also have a pub next door, perfect for a snack and a beer. The rooms are very nice and have all the amenities.
