2 weeks agoThis hotel is in perfect location just round corner from Gran Husseini Mosque, souks and downtown shops. The rooms unfortunately are nothing like advertised or the pictures photographed. My room on arrival should have been a deluxe room , instead i got a filthy room with 2 single beds, dirty sheets with male hairs on them as though never bedn washed. Room was so noisy no way you would ever have got to sleep. Bathroom the toilet was smashed, seat complefely broken and unuseable and no towels. After an argument i had no choice but to stay and wait to move rooms in morning. Next room was quieter room, bed comfortable, only issue was black mould in bathroom above shower on wall. This isnt acceptable and needs sorting. Rooms dont have kettles in but you can get hot drinks from dining room whenever you want next to reception free of charge. To me for price i paid for 4 nights and the location id rather spend money seeing all the sights than staying far out needing taxis everywhere. The staff there although some didnt speak english were very helpful and did go out of there way to make sure i was ok and would help me cross the roads when i wanted to go out, so in this case i am going to go back to Jordan and i will stay there again as long as i get a decent room. NEGATIVES Only minus i would say is staff need to enforce no smoking in rooms as this is a fire hazard, it is non smoming but many guests ignored it and corridors stunk of cigarettes as they were smoming in rooms. Rooms need tidying up to match what is being advertised as it is false advertising as europeans expect to see a room like the pictures.

3 weeks agoI had an amazing experience at Rafi Hotel. The location is perfect—I was literally a few minutes' walk from the Roman Theatre and the Citadel, right in the heart of all the action. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, but what really made my stay was the staff; they are so welcoming and treat you like family

a month agoEverything is fine. There's no hairdryer in the room. The staff is unobtrusive and friendly. But someone is leaking the reservation database and trying to scam you with online payments. Be careful. The view from the hotel is terrible. It's very noisy.
