Cloud7 Residence Aqaba 

I had a wonderful experience at Cloud 7. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Khaled and Nancy for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly made my stay more enjoyable. Cloud 7 is lucky to have such amazing team members. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!

Our stay at the hotel had both positive and negative aspects. Unfortunately, when we first arrived, we experienced a very unpleasant situation with one of the reception staff members. The interaction was far from professional or polite, and the way we were treated felt disrespectful. This incident was very upsetting and honestly affected our mood throughout the stay. On the other hand, there were staff members who truly deserve appreciation and recognition. Mr. Khaled was exceptionally respectful, kind, and helpful. He assisted us with everything and answered all our questions patiently. Also, Mr. Amer and Mr. Mohammad on the floor were very cooperative and supportive during our stay. We stayed in the Yasmin Building, the apartment was clean and very spacious. The only small note is that the fans are a bit old and could use some upgrading. Other than that, the apartment was excellent. The food service was also very good, and meals were delivered right to our apartment door. Regarding the issue we faced on the first day, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Tareq Marish, the Front Office Manager. Once we informed him about what happened, he handled the situation professionally, assured us that it would not happen again, said he would personally investigate the matter, and apologized for the inconvenience. His response was appreciated. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Ayla, with everything nearby. However, one major downside is that the hotel does not have its own private beach or swimming pool, and guests need to go to another hotel to use those facilities, which is honestly quite disappointing. Overall, the stay was good with some reservations. I strongly hope the hotel provides proper training for reception staff on how to professionally interact with guests, as it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Aside from that, I would recommend the hotel and hope they continue improving their weak points. I may consider visiting again in the future.

It was the very nice stay! Rooms are fantastic, the view is amazing and also the outside is incredible! We will come back here 1000%.
