Reliable Rent A Car

At the end of January I rented a car from the reliable rent a car company Amman Jordan I talked to a person about a 2024 Toyota Camry, I found a 2024 car in Amman with various scratches, dents and relatively worn tires and with half a full tire, specifying these aspects in the rental contract. . the surprise comes when after I paid for the car rental and the full insurance to avoid problems, they asked me for a deposit of 300 dollars, to return the car back to the base. I paid being fully insured. After a week I brought the car back without any additional scratches or incidents and I was able to return the entire deposit amount. It only brought me $160 in cash, the rest was later transferred to my account after I made a fuss and called the police. The amount was returned to me but in Jordanian dinars, losing a few dollars when changing at the airport, but it is not the only incident, everywhere at the hotel, in gas stations, in restaurants, if you are not careful you will be fooled.

I’m very satisfied with Reliable Rent a Car – Amman, Jordan. I rented a Kia Sportage and the car was in very good condition with no issues at all throughout the rental period. I drove the car to Wadi Rum, Petra, the Dead Sea, and back to Amman, and it performed very well for long distances and different road conditions. The whole process was smooth and easy from pickup to return. The deposit was reasonable, especially when compared to other big rental companies. The owner was friendly and professional, especially during the car return, which made the experience stress-free. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable and honest car rental in Amman.

Very bad services, they don't give back entire deposit without any reason.

I left 350 USD for deposit in cash and the owner gave me back just 200 USD. He told me that he has no more cash and will transfer me by bank transfer. I sent him many whatsapp messages but no response. I do not recommend this company.

We were recently in Jordan and rented a car in the capital, Amman for 10 days. I contacted this company from internet. Honestly, I’ve rented cars many times before, but this service was excellent.
